• Submit truthful and accurate signals to the best of your knowledge
• Avoid manipulating, spamming, or abusing the reporting system

You may not:

• Attempt to mislead or distort aggregated insights
• Reverse engineer or interfere with system operations
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit reports

3. Signal Limits

Daily Pulse enforces per-signal daily submission limits to preserve data quality and prevent abuse. Each signal type may be reported a limited number of times per day per device. These limits may change over time without prior notice.

4. No Guarantees

Daily Pulse does not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of any reports or insights
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service
• That conditions shown reflect actual real-world situations

Use of insights is at your own discretion and risk. Do not rely on Daily Pulse for safety-critical decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding associated with Daily Pulse are the property of Daily Pulse or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

6. Account Termination & Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

• Limit or block access for users who abuse the service
• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Suspend access for security or operational reasons

No prior notice is required in cases of misuse or suspected abuse.
